Mokrani provides strategic digital consulting, including but not limited to Digital Transformation, NeuroRank™ analysis, and ChannelCommand™ strategy. The specific scope of work for any consulting project will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Agreement.

2. Intellectual Property

  • Our Content: All content on this website, including text, logos (the Mokrani eagle/globe logo), graphics, and proprietary methodology names (NeuroRank™, ChannelCommand™), is the property of Mokrani and is protected by UK and international copyright laws.

  • Limited License: You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access the website for personal or internal business use. You may not reproduce, sell, or exploit our proprietary methodologies without express written consent.

3. Client Obligations

To provide effective consulting, we require timely access to necessary information and data. Mokrani is not responsible for delays or project failures caused by a lack of client cooperation or the provision of inaccurate data.

4. Fees and Payment

  • Payment Terms: Fees for services are outlined in your individual contract. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within [e.g., 14 or 30] days of issuance.

  • Late Payments: We reserve the right to suspend services or charge interest on overdue accounts at a rate of [e.g., 5%] above the Bank of England base rate.

5. Confidentiality

6. Limitation of Liability

  • No Guarantee of Results: While we use data-driven intelligence to maximize growth, marketing involves external market variables. Mokrani does not guarantee specific financial outcomes or ranking positions.

  • Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mokrani’s total liability for any claim arising out of our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for those specific services.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with [e.g., 30 days] written notice. Upon termination, the Client shall pay for all work completed up to the date of termination.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
